I am a psychotherapist practicing in Syracuse, New York. I work with a range of clients and specialize in helping adolescents seek self-discovery and assisting couples to improve connection, communication, and find sexual fulfillment in their relationships. In my work, I use my training to analyze and explore clients’ unconscious thoughts and feelings to help them better understand themselves and their partners by uncovering the relational patterns holding them back. As these patterns emerge, we will explore how they developed in past and current relationships, and ways they continue to inform how clients navigate their relationships. We will highlight constructive behaviors and use these strengths to assist the client as they transform, or let go of, patterns and behaviors that no longer serve them. Through personal growth, my clients are able to better express their needs, become better partners, and create more fulfilling relationships. In addition to my work as a therapist, I am a certified yoga instructor and have a background in studying ancient Eastern religion. Ask me about yoga for couples, or about incorporating Eastern philosophy into our sessions.
