Introduction

Hello, I am Laura Whites, a licensed clinical social worker helping individuals with grief, loss, worry, anxiety and panic. I expand on the word loss to include anything or anyone that is important to you or any major life event that has shaken you. Many of my clients use unhelpful behaviors to manage their feelings of loss, anxiety or panic. Some of the unhelpful behaviors I work with are disordered eating, excessive spending and substance use. I am here to help you find more helpful and nurturing ways to be with yourself and the world around you.
