I primarily specialize in treating trauma and anxiety with children and adults, along with other psychological and phase of life concerns including, (but not limited to) depression, co-dependency, job burnout, compassion fatigue, and grief/loss. My approach often incorporates elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Attachment Theory, with a focus on self-awareness, "aha" moments, and finding your balance throughout sessions. When not practicing and/or furthering my professional development, I remain as active as possible in the local dance community, teaching dance classes to children and adults. I also love spending time with my family and fur babies!
