My psychotherapy practice is dedicated to helping people with anxiety, depression, family and relationship challenges, low self-esteem, and life transitions. Are you feeling overwhelmed with your life and are ready to make a change? We can work together to meet your goals. Therapy is a chance to make deep and lasting changes in your life. I work to be a compassionate, impartial, and supportive guide in that process. I have a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy lens. This means that I believe therapy should be rooted in making connections between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. We work as a team to identify patterns, build insight, and grow coping skills that can lead to more fulfilling relationships, better boundaries, a stronger sense of self, and an overall more joyful life. I accept Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance and can provide invoices for individuals with different forms of insurance to receive partial reimbursement for out-of-network services. www.blackwoodpsychotherapy.com
