My expertise in is maternal mental health. Life changes can feel overwhelming. I am committed to joining you on the path to rediscovery through restorative practices. I enjoy empowering parents to heal and feel better during this season of life. One tool offered is Sensational Baby, a course I use to educate parents about infant massage. This practice of nurturing communication can help decrease symptoms of postpartum depression along with many more benefits for the baby and the parents! For those looking for more connection with other mom's (pregnant or with littles), I facilitate a Mom's Peer Support Group to the community at no cost. Please contact me for details.
