Are you looking for relief from depression, anxiety, hypervigilance, emotional reactivity, negative self-worth? I can help. I specialize in working with children, teenagers, and adults with PTSD, complex trauma, depression, and anxiety disorders. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor providing a trauma informed, strength-based approach to individuals, helping them create the growth and change they desire. I am a Certified EMDR Therapist, and a Certified Gestalt Equine Therapist. I am also trained in Somatic Experiencing, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Synergetic Play Therapy. I am committed to building a positive therapeutic relationship with each of my clients. I believe that every individual has the innate ability to grow, and to heal the past; sometimes we need help in that process. Together, we will create a mindful, safe, and compassionate environment for your counseling experience.
