I specialize in working with busy and overwhelmed parents and professional who are in a life transition, have difficulty putting their needs first and identifying self-care practices, breakdowns in personal/professional communication, feelings of overwhelm, fear of change or failure/disappointment. I help to identify root causes of behaviors and effective self-care practices. I am a skilled and empathetic listener. I take an eclectic and integrative approach to therapy such as EMDR, ACT, CBT, to meet the client where they are. I provide a non-judgmental perspective to help gain insight into why you are struggling and provide tools to empower you to make the changes you desire.
