As a seasoned counselor, I would like to support you in exploring barriers that can get in the way of self-esteem, confidence, persistence and self-integrity. Let's find that solid foundation! I am a licensed mental health clinician in both NC and MD. Sessions begin and end with your goals. I will provide the expertise on tools/techniques that impact progress, inner peace and well being. Basics include: stress/anger/trauma management, self-care and control, acceptance, communication, mood management, healthy coping-life; skills for you to practice, hone and role model for others throughout your lifetime. Whomever you are, whatever you look like; whatever you have experienced; Your session time is your calming, confidential, no-judgement zone, where you can without angst, learn to listen to your heart, mind, body and soul with trust and adjust/shift in ways that decrease discomfort/suffering.
