I believe in the power of connection and understanding, and my approach is all about meeting you where you are. Together, we’ll create a safe, caring space where you can truly feel seen, heard, and understood. My goal is to help you navigate challenges and reach your personal goals while fostering positive relationships with yourself and others. As a Licensed Certified Social Worker (CSW) and Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP), I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to our work together. I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of South Dakota and hold a B.S. in Psychology from South Dakota State University. My training includes intensive studies in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), as well as specialized training as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP-I). I’m also equipped to support individuals in crisis and those dealing with self-harm and suicide concerns. With over six years of experience in social services and non-profits, I’ve had the privilege of working with children, adolescents, adults, families, and schools. My journey has taken me from being a non-profit program director to providing compassionate care in various settings, including schools, homes, and community health centers. Most recently, I supported individuals facing mental health and chemical dependency challenges, and I’m passionate about creating inclusive spaces for everyone, particularly those in the LGBTQIA2S+ community. I’m here to walk alongside you as we work together to build a fulfilling and satisfying life. Let’s embark on this journey of growth and healing together!
