I have many years of experience supporting individuals recovering from addiction and substance use, dual diagnosis, as well as supporting those with loved ones struggling with substance use. We all have the ability to grow toward better emotional health, and we often benefit from some guidance on that path. I am trained in trauma therapies including EMDR, mindfulness practices, DBT and CBT treatment. I support the ability we all have to change the way we respond to emotions, belief systems, relationships or situations, when that response is not helpful.
