My approach to therapy consists of helping clients to identify and develop personal strengths, face challenges, and set boundaries. I will help you to incorporate mindfulness and self-compassion into treatment and your daily life. I focus on problem solving with my clients to be able to work on creating solutions for yourself. I meet clients where they are, to provide a non-judgmental, healing environment. I work with clients to discover and create opportunities for growth. I provide a safe place to process feelings around change and create goals towards that transition. You don’t have to go through this alone and without the proper tools to meet life’s demands.
