Hello, I'm Lauren! I'm so glad you're here. Starting something new like therapy can be scary, weird, and awkward. (Look at you, taking the next step just by clicking on this website!) With my clients, I strive to create a space where your emotions and experiences, questions and dreams are witnessed and validated. My approach to therapy might be a bit different from the movies: while I do utilize evidence-based techniques, I also use quotes from The Office, podcasts and books, Taylor Swift lyrics, that TikTok you saw last week, and lots of humor to help you form, understand, and cultivate your specific goals. There's no pressure to recline and spill your secrets. You are welcome here. (Your quirks can come along, too.)
