Introduction

I started my own practice to allow people the space to tell their story and start healing. I have experience in trauma and currently EMDR trained working on certification. I use other interventions for therapy as well, including attachment based, CBT, play, MI, and ACT approaches. I have work with children, teens, and adults and have past experience in inpatient and school-based settings. I have been practicing therapy since 2019 since graduating from NKU.
