Introduction

Thank you for taking the first step. Life is already hard and finding the “right therapist” can feel like a never-ending task. Toddlers to adulthood, I am here to support your needs. My passion remains the same, working with clients impacted by traumatic or stressful experiences; youth demonstrating behavioral issues; advanced/gifted population; clients impacted by learning disabilities; parenting skills; kinship care/foster care; personality disorders; depression; anxiety and more! Whether the client is a child/adolescent or your own individual care, we will work together to achieve desired results. My experience in community mental health strengthened my desire to work with diverse populations and gain awareness of the importance of informed care. Treatment options I offer include, EMDR; NMT brain-mapping; Play therapy; Complex trauma informed approaches; Mindfulness approaches and interventions.
