I am a licensed professional counselor who aims to help people cope with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and grief. My goal is to help people feel like they can more fully participate in and enjoy their life. I meet clients one-on-one in an online setting to provide counseling and help people work towards their goals. I use Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused strategies to help clients recognize some of their negative thought patterns and start to change those patterns so that they can begin to feel more fulfilled. I have been counseling in schools and in private practice for a total of 11 years and love being a part of my clients' journeys.
