Introduction

My clinical training has provided unique opportunities to build valuable helping skills and to work with a wide variety of populations and disorders. I have experience working at nearly all levels of clinical care, from private practice to intensive outpatient, partial hospitalization, residential addiction rehabilitation, and inpatient care. I have worked with people with bipolar I and II, personality disorders, addiction, OCD, psychosis, anxiety, severe depression, social anxiety, PTSD, and many other concerns. In addition, years of travel experiences have given me an appreciation for many different cultures and heightened my belief in the importance of culturally adaptive treatment. I have worked with patients from a wide variety of socioeconomic and racial backgrounds, of varying identities and spiritual beliefs. I always strive to work with clients’ religious and/or spiritual beliefs that are relevant to the counseling process. Finally, I consider it a privilege to see clients gradually exchanging confusion, pain and dysfunction for self-knowledge, freedom and health, and I look forward to being part of your journey! I completed my Master of Science in clinical counseling in 2023.
