Introduction

I support clients who are navigating cultural oppression, burnout, resistance fatigue, and the toll of chronic overextension. Our work together centers on creating systems of care, boundaries around areas of drain, and building up your inner sanctuary through self expression. Whether you're struggling to set boundaries, feeling stuck in survival mode, or yearning for space to breathe and be heard, therapy offers a pathway back to yourself. No art experience is required, just a willingness to explore and express yourself. With a foundation in community-based practice, I use an integrative, art and narrative approach to help clients feel seen, supported, and empowered. Therapy with me honors your lived experience while offering tools to rewrite stories shaped by stress, overwork, and systems that diminish your well-being. If you're feeling overwhelmed, depleted, or stuck, it may be time to seek support. Together, we’ll explore strategies to prioritize your mental health and support you in creating authentic ways of living and being.
