Introduction

Lauren Metayer is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional in the State of Georgia. Over the past 10 years, she has gained insightful experiences working in varying spaces–Community agencies, Schools, Non-profit, and Private Practice sectors. These were assets in gaining more understanding and tools to work with clients facing difficulties or feelings of stuckness that impact their ability to show up in the world. Lauren Metayer, LMFT specializes in systemic therapy and consulting practices addressing: Anxiety and Mood disorders, Complex PTSD (C-PTSD), Life transitions, Strategic planning, Operational improvement, Creative business consultation, and more! She founded The Holistic Collaborative, LLC because she is passionate about helping individuals, couples, families, and professionals uncover the tools to become their best selves, professionally and/or personally from a holistic lens. Through providing a client-centered approach, we guide clients through their therapeutic process and reaffirm their hope for achieving more fulfilling lives as they initiate their journey to healing, introspection, and scaling, and optimal growth! Through a systemic lens, we examine the factors that impact your daily life, which can lead to barriers and disconnection, both personally and professionally. We utilize an Experiential and Narrative approach as a foundation for working with clients—whether it is through Introspection (Therapy), Guidance (Skill Building), and Consultation Services (Business consulting and alignment). Our hope is you not only feel seen, heard, and understood, but also feel empowered to reclaim your story, your power over the challenges you face, and have the tools to elevate to your highest potential.
