Introduction

I founded Lost Girl Therapy to work with clients interested in gaining a deeper understanding of what their mind, body and spirit experience on a daily basis through intuitive healing - the art of listening to your gut instinct in order to guide your decision making. In our sessions, I integrate traditional therapy with energy work and reiki to help clients regain a sense of self.
