I am a licensed mental health counselor who studied in New York state receiving graduate and post graduate experience in community mental health centers, substance abuse rehabilitation centers, skilled nursing facilities, psychiatric units and private practice. I specialize in mood disorders, anxiety and narcissistic abuse as well as working with a variety of other issues such as grief, women's issues, caretaker issues, and overall wellness. I am working to further my skills by pursuing training in Psychedelic Assisted Therapy which is making new advancements in the Mental Health fields and look forward to being able to use this new knowledge in the near future. I greatly look forward to helping you find your balance!
