When collaborating with clients on their therapy goals, I see through lenses of trauma, relational connections to others, and how the brain and body work together in order to consider all factors and systems that make up a person and their experience. I integrate evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches that make tangible, transformational change. I am trained in EMDR & am IFS Informed. I also integrate relational styles, self-compassion, mindfulness, & boundary skills. All of these approaches do not require you to re-tell the details of hurtful experiences. My own grief and therapy journey, as well as eight years of allied work with trafficking survivors through non-profit service led me here. Finding a therapist that is your right fit is so important. I believe in authentic, human interaction in therapy. It is an honor to witness your journey as we work towards healing together. *Note that I am currently in the process of paneling with select insurance companies, such as Blue Cross of Idaho, Regence Blue Shield of Idaho, Aetna, SelectHealth, PacificSource, Mountain Health Co-oP and St. Luke's Health Plan. This process can take 4 months on average. In the meantime, I am happy to offer superbills for Out-of-Network benefits. I offer discounted rates for self-pay. I offer limited spots with a discounted rate for human trafficking survivors and public servants (military, first responders, teachers, and non-profit workers).
