Introduction

I started in this field because life experiences have shaped me, and I’ve learned how to cope because of them. Using what I’ve experienced combined with my education, I focus on the client and relate in a way that many cannot. My approach is laid back and centered around what is best suited for each individual. We will do so by identifying your strengths and goals, which will serve as our guidelines for our work together. I specialize as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, with experience in working with adolescents, teens and adults to process their trauma. Additionally, I have worked to help others manage their anxiety, depression, life transitions, and daily stressors. I’ve healed and now I want to help others heal too.
