I am a clinical health psychologist and college professor, and I practice with science-supported strategies to help people with the following concerns: 1) anxiety and/or depression, 2) body image and/or disordered eating, and 3) health behavior problems and/or difficulty adjusting to illness/injury. I will customize a treatment plan specific to your needs and goals drawing from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based interventions, and positive psychology interventions.
