I am passionate about breaking the stigma of vulnerability and reframing it as a sign of strength. Therefore, I invite my clients to take a step closer to becoming more comfortable with vulnerability. I am dedicated to helping clients build a more secure relationship with themself in order to connect with others in a more purposeful manner. I take a holistic approach to therapy. I use a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), trauma-informed therapy, and motivational interviewing to guide clients toward tangible change. All sessions are virtual (video). I provide therapy to clients in New York and Texas.
