Introduction

I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and am Level 1-certified in Gottman Method Couples Therapy, a research-based and successful form of couples therapy. I work with individuals, couples, children, and families, and have worked with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, guilt and shame, childhood traumas, and more. I strive to provide a nonjudgmental and safe environment to help you better understand yourself, your emotions, and your needs. Creating a comfortable space for you to explore and untangle your most vulnerable thoughts, feelings, and insecurities is my top priority. Along our journey together, I will help you identify your strengths and blind spots and provide insight and tangible tools so that you feel consistently supported and better equipped to tackle your issues. I hope to provide the best care for you, and as a multicultural therapist, I tailor my approach to honor all aspects of your individuality and uniqueness. I work from a humanistic and collaborative approach and utilize various techniques centered on emotional regulation, effective communication, relationship change, acceptance, empowerment, and mindfulness. I greatly look forward to enhancing your emotional skillset and helping you gain a better understanding of yourself and your relationships.
