Introduction

Being human can be difficult. I hope to provide a safe nonjudgmental space so you can feel heard and seen, a space for clients to be honest and reflect on what’s meaningful to them and to recognize the impacts of culture and society on our wellbeing. I encourage others to enter into vulnerability to do deeper work that can create lasting change. My heart is to help my clients find self-compassion to heal the old wounds that can keep us stuck and find peace. Being human can also be beautiful, and I hope to help you find that.
