My therapy style is casual and client paced with an emphasis on the client’s needs. I use many intervention styles such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing. I am confident that the ability for change is in every person willing to work for that change. This can be accomplished through listening, learning and teamwork. I truly believe anyone can create change for a better future and I am willing to help make that a change reality.
