I am a holistic, trauma-informed therapist and work across the lifespan to address symptoms of depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship concerns. My approach as a holistic therapist is to offer a warm and supportive environment where you and I can partner together to support your unique growth and well-being. In considering mental, emotional, physical, social, and spiritual well-being in our work together, we can more effectively address whatever concerns or pain you may be experiencing in a deep and meaningful way. I also provide and utilize coping skill suggestions to balance the deeper process work of therapy with practical skills to use in daily life, and regularly integrate Mindfulness Techniques and EFT Tapping to support the well-being of my clients. The counseling relationship is a partnership, and I will honor the expertise you bring regarding yourself and your experiences.
