Hi, I'm Leah, a lovingly direct therapist and co-parenting mom of two. I help moms and overwhelmed professionals learn to recognize and moderate how stress impacts their lives so that they be more present and live with less guilt. I specialize in women's issues and offer a feminist therapy perspective. I'm dually licensed in PA and MD and am trained in EMDR and perinatal mental health.
