I am specialized in Transpersonal therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) trauma therapy with a focus on complex and chronic trauma, and Gottman Couples counseling. I also work with cognitive and Dialectical behavioral therapies to improve resources to help better manage mood and intrusive thoughts. Often times these modalities will be used together to help aid in complex diagnoses. Taking the first step in reaching out for therapy can sometimes be the most difficult part.
