Many times in our lives we are driven by pain from past events. Much of my experience has been working alongside those who are faced with issues of anger, general and acute stress, PTSD, anxiety, and depression; both youth and adults. I have a deep understanding of the nuances of trauma, generational trauma and the disconnect it can cause. I believe therapy to be a journey where I assist you in reconnecting you with yourself and the world around you. I work with you collaboratively to help you make the changes you want to make in your life. My focus on resilience invites clients to explore their own strengths, clarify their goals, heal heartache, find hope, and flourish. I have an eclectic therapeutic approach which blends mindfulness, Trauma focused CBT, client centered and somatic counseling to connect the mind and body. My goal is to support you in this journey to regain a greater sense of well-being by fostering healing. Working together, we can develop manageable ways to overcome personal challenges in order to move forward.
