I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania, and belong to the American Counseling Association. I hold an MS degree in Counseling from the University of Bridgeport, an MS degree in Clinical and Counseling Psychology with a concentration in Trauma Studies from Chestnut Hill College, and a Clinical Trauma Professional Certification. My experience includes work across a variety of treatment settings, specializing in providing trauma informed, empathic therapy to adults. My approach is non-judgmental, collaborative, and compassionate. My specialty is helping my clients through the treatment and history of trauma, relational challenges, and transitional life events. Engaging in therapy can create an important time “just for you” – to explore what is important for you in your life, and what you may need to move forward. It can help to strengthen one’s emotional foundation, regain a sense of balance, and heal. The principles of empathy, safety, mindfulness, and organic healing guide my practice. Please reach out to me at leeanne.larosa@gmail.com or (267) 310-1093 to schedule a free 15 minute consultation or to make an appointment. "Birds make great sky-circles of their freedom.
