I have been practicing social work since March 2016 where I started my career in school social work. I have been practicing as a therapist/counselor since July 2021. At this time, I specialize in PTSD, depression, anxiety, and chronic illness. When meeting with my clients, I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior therapy (DBT) skills to support client in changing unhelpful thoughts and utilizing more healthy coping strategies to help manage stress. I also specialize in emotional intelligence and building resiliency within my clients. I also provide holistic care through Shamanic Reiki energy healing, guided meditation, and chakra balancing. My goal is to help clients uncover their best selves and to live a happier and healthier life.
