I am licensed marriage and family therapist providing individual psychotherapy, couples counseling, and child/family therapy. I earned my Bachelor of Science degree from MIT and went on to obtain a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology with an Emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University. My goal is to help you build awareness and insight into your patterns of behavior while providing tools to help you reach your full potential. I foster a therapeutic environment that encourages you to work from your strengths and shift your focus towards creating positive change. I seek to give my patients tangible, concrete takeaways in order to help jumpstart meaningful change. This includes utilizing evidence-based treatments and methodologies, but using them in the context of my work with people as a whole. My speciality is working with neurodivergent patients. This includes ADHD, Anxiety, OCD, High Achievers, Gifted and Twice Exceptional, Autism/Aspergers. I believe therapy can help unlock the world-changing potential of a neurodiverse mind. I have worked with countless children and adults to recognize and embrace their neurodiversities. I work from a strengths-based perspective in helping teens and adults reach their full potential and find their space to flourish and thrive. My focus is the treatment of underlying social, emotional, behavioral and social interaction skill deficits commonly found in people struggling with issues related to executive functioning and/or sensory processing. Using hands-on strategies, children and adults learn concrete approaches that can be generalized from the therapy session to everyday life.
