Lenia Queen is a nationally board certified and licensed clinical professional counselor with a focus on the intersection of faith & mental health, offering support to women and their families. She holds a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from Capital Seminary & Graduate School. Lenia also has two undergraduate degrees, one in Bible and one in Human Resource Management. Lenia is a Mental Health First Aid Facilitator, a Prepare-Enrich Facilitator for couples, has completed specialized training in Perinatal Mental Health and is a certified clinical trauma professional. Lenia believes it’s important to have fulfilling relationships and encourages that through therapeutic work. She promotes a holistic approach to health, including faith-based practices, exercise, proper sleep, nutrition, and personal passions. Lenia works from a multi-modal approach. She collaborates with individuals to identify and enlist their internal strengths and resources to approach life’s stressors by integrating influences rooted in faith, behavior, and cognitive perspectives.
