Introduction

I am offering up to six free sessions for those impacted by wildfires on a limited basis. Contact me for more information. I am a Marriage and Family Therapist with experience treating anxiety, depression and PTSD. I am trained in the Neuro Affective Relational Model, a treatment modality for complex, or childhood trauma. I typically take a Family System approach and use therapeutic interventions including Cognitive Behavior, Dialectical Behavior and Brief and Solution Focused. My goal is to support my clients in making sense of their experience and to feel better.
