Introduction

As a therapist and holistic health coach, I provide a safe, non-judgmental space to help clients create new pathways for growth, self-compassion and a better understanding of their life experience. In the fast-paced world we live in, it can be easy to get caught up in overwhelm, stress, confusion or simply feeling stuck. My goal is to empower my clients by helping them move from a place of stuckness and uncertainty to creating space for clarity, freedom and joy.
