Introduction

I am a breast cancer survivor of 12 years. During my treatment, I noticed that while everyone was focused on my physical health, no one asked me about my mental health. That is why I chose counseling. I know from experience that while everyone living with trauma is focused on just surviving, I believe that they deserve to be listened to as well. I have experience working with Autistic Adults, suicidal ideation, those adjusting to an unexpected medical diagnosis, along with women who have been sexually abused, and those experiencing the challenges of motherhood. In my spare time I like to run, read, ride motorcycles, and walk my dog, Jax. Tuscany and skydiving are on my bucket list.
