I specialize in working with anxiety and depressive disorders, low self-esteem, difficult life transitions, parenting challenges and relationship issues. I draw from a variety of therapeutic techniques and focus on client centered and strength-based approaches. I have been in the social service field for over 9 years and strive to provide a non-judgmental space in treatment for everyone. I comprehend the importance of delivering compassionate and personalized care to individuals and their families. I attended San Diego State University for my undergraduate studies and received my masters in Social Work from Loma Linda University. I have provided services in various settings; community mental health clinics, non-profits, private sector and inpatient psychiatric units. I also work with a diverse population and have experience providing support to children, adolescents, adults, couples and families.
