Introduction

Who am I? Hi! I am a Master's level Licensed Social Worker who is passionate about helping individuals and families for the past 10 years. I believe in a holistic approach to self-care and healing. This means that I believe you have many aspects to yourself: emotional, physical, spiritual, and mental - just to name a few. It also means that our work together is a partnership. There are many helpful wellness tools and techniques available for each of us to use to heal, grow, and evolve as individuals. Together we can adapt these tools and techniques and use the ones which fit your lifestyle best. Why Am I A Therapist? I like people and enjoy working together to feel better. I believe in wellness integration and mindful living. I try to create an atmosphere of acceptance and safety. I am most passionate about helping people to overcome struggles with life transitions, anxiety, stress, depression, and substance use to find freedom to live the lives they want. After all, we each have just one life to live. The question is, how are you going to live it? Let's find out together! What is my Treatment Approach? My treatment approach is blended. I am versatile in many evidence-based practice methods that will motivate you, but I lean towards methods that will empower you to meet your behavioral health goals.
