Introduction

We’re so glad you’re here. Starting therapy is a courageous step, and simply arriving at this point—exploring options and opening yourself to the possibility of change—is something to be proud of. We know that finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming. It’s normal to feel uncertain or even a little nervous, but you’re not alone in the process. Our team is here to help make that journey easier and more approachable, and to answer any questions you may have along the way. At Sherlin Consulting Group, our providers are unified by one core value: we center our work around you. We recognize that healing isn’t one-size-fits-all. Our practice brings together a multidisciplinary team, including Dr. Leslie Sherlin; Rebecca Sherlin; Jaylen Moore; Cynthia Moore; and Lexi Meinhold. Each brings unique skills and specialties so that we can collaborate and tailor care to your goals, personality, and needs. From psychotherapy and mindfulness to neurofeedback, sport and performance psychology, expressive arts therapy, and equine-assisted psychotherapy, we draw from a wide variety of evidence-based approaches. We are committed to helping individuals of all ages and backgrounds identify the patterns, thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that are no longer serving them and replace them with ones that bring meaning, purpose, and well-being. This site is designed to make it easy for you to schedule your appointments. For more detailed information about our team, services, and philosophy, we invite you to visit our full website at www.sherlinconsultinggroup.com. You don’t have to stay stuck. Change is possible, and we’d be honored to walk that journey with you.
