Introduction

Our relationships with food and body image can be challenging and sometimes destructive. Oftentimes childhood and other traumas play a role in how we cope with stress and anxiety. I offer trauma focused, Health at Every Size focused therapy meant to help you heal from the past and accept yourself as you are today. I work with many LGBTQ clients who are looking for a provider with lived experience who offers a safe space to heal without judgement.
