My goal is to put people in the drivers seat of their lives, to determine their own future regardless of their past, and to maximize their potential. I use mindfulness to help people distinguish themselves from their thoughts and feelings, and rational emotive behavior therapy to change the way they feel by changing how they think, and to develop unconditional self acceptance. Unhealthy and unhelpful emotions are thus replaced with healthy and helpful emotions. I love this field of work.
