Introduction

Are you tired of feeling hopeless and anxious over something that feels out of your control, but you are trying to fool yourself into thinking you’re fine? Have you witnessed a horrific scene and felt that no one can possibly understand how it impacts you? Do you feel like you can’t escape the constant replay of the traumatic event and move on with your life? When you are facing a hard time and need an unbiased person to assist you, therapy is the ultimate toolbox with ways to assist you to where you need to be! It is possible to live a happier and healthier life than what you are living right now. You don’t always have to have the answers and it’s okay to say no. We can explore what the source of the issue is, and problem solve together! You can discover tools on how to cope with your stress, build positive relationships and have energy to appreciate things that bring you joy. I want to work with you on creating a plan for your personal growth. Because of my personal and work experience, I am familiar with the subculture, language, and gallows humor. I am always learning to provide the best resources. When I am not a therapist, I spend time with my family, binge watch all the shows, read, and hang out with my corgi puppy. Feel free to email me to set up an in person day or telehealth appointment; the portal can be tricky so I can assist you with times and dates!
