Introduction

Are you in need of a non-judgmental and safe environment to express and process your feelings, emotions, and thoughts? Do you feel uncertain of the next steps to take to help improve your overall well-being? If you answered yes to either of the questions above, then you’ve come to the right place! My name is Lexi Kuntz, and I strive to help people improve their quality of life. Together, we identify the barriers that are getting in the way and learn effective coping skills to help foster a meaningful life. With a passion for supporting others, I help guide individuals in identifying their own strengths and values to reach their goals. I have experience working with children (7-10), adolescents (13-17), adults (18-64), the geriatric population (65+), and families. Diagnoses I have worked with include anxiety, depression, ADHD, and insomnia. My therapeutic techniques include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Person-Centered, Strength-Based, Solutions-Focused, Narrative Therapy, Attachment-Based, Internal Family Systems, Family Systems, Structural Family, Grief Therapy, Mindfulness, and, Motivational Interviewing, stress management, self-esteem and confidence building. I recognize that starting therapy can feel intimidating and vulnerable. I emphasize the importance of creating a secure and trusting rapport, in order for my clients to feel understood, comfortable, and a place to be your true self. I consider it a privilege and honor for you to instill trust in me to help you through your growth of healing and discovery. I applaud you for having the courage in making it this far in your therapeutic journey. If you feel that working with me would be a good fit, I would love to connect to learn more about you and what you are looking to gain from therapy.
