I’m a registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist working under the supervision of licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Jennifer Machado. I use my background in evidence-based therapies, my fellowship training at Kaiser Permanente, and my experience in the startup space to support women in the Bay Area in developing deeper self-compassion, self-awareness, and self-worth.
