Here's a bit about who I am, and about what it's like to work with me. Healing is not about erasing the past but transforming its meaning. If you're feeling untethered by life’s transitions, carrying the weight of grief, or struggling to reclaim your sense of self after trauma, you don’t have to navigate this alone. At Lichen Counseling, I provide a warm, compassionate space where we don’t just process pain—we make meaning of it. Together, we’ll explore how to remove the sting from what has hurt you, giving you back the power to thrive. Why Lichen? Lichen is one of nature’s most resilient forces—thriving in even the harshest conditions. But its strength doesn’t come from standing alone. It exists only through interdependence, a powerful partnership that allows it to survive and create the foundation for new life to grow. Healing works the same way. We aren’t meant to do this alone. Therapy is a place where you can be seen, supported, and reminded of your own resilience. Just like lichen, you are strong, adaptable, and capable of thriving—not in isolation, but in connection.
