Introduction

As a Licensed Social Worker, my career has been dedicated to helping people through some of the most challenging times in their lives. I have a passion for seeing people accomplish their goals while supporting them, so they know they are not alone. I strive for my clients to feel safe, welcomed, and heard without judgment. These ideals ensure I implement client-centered therapy through interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and solution-focused approaches. I am a proud graduate of Fordham University, where I received my Master’s degree in Social Work with a concentration in Children and Families. My professional journey includes working with individuals facing anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, relationship difficulties, eating disorders, trichotillomania, and other emotional concerns. Furthermore, I understand the particular attention needed in the care of children, adolescents, and young adults. My job is to assist you in navigating the intricate nature of mental health. Together, we will work to find out which path of intervention is best for you, set goals, and watch your improvements unfold. Remember, you are resilient; I look forward to helping you find the strength to live your life to the fullest.
