Hi I’m Lily! I began Tranquil Trails as a safe haven for those struggling with mental health issues. My drive to help others stems from my personal experience as a teenager when I grappled with depressive and anxious episodes. After overcoming some life difficulties, I found myself yearning to help others feel heard and feel better.
