I am a licensed clinical psychologist (PSY27486) with extensive experience working with adults across the lifespan and couples. I have specialized training in evidence supported treatments for anxiety, eating-disorders, trauma, alcohol use, and relationship challenges. I enjoy working with my clients to identify and work towards values congruent goals, helping develop and apply skills and strategies to manage barriers to change.
